Software Engineer (Member of Technical Staff)

You will build the BlitzClinic platform across clinical workflows, operations, AI infrastructure, payments, documents, and integrations. We are looking for an engineer who can turn ambiguous product problems into clear designs and ship production systems with care for sensitive data, performance, and user experience.

What you'll do

  • Design and deliver full-stack features across Kotlin/Spring, React/Next.js, and adjacent services.
  • Shape APIs, data models, and async events that stay operable over time.
  • Work close to product: clarify requirements, propose tradeoffs, and adapt based on real feedback.
  • Write useful tests, observability, and documentation for the areas you touch.
  • Raise the quality bar for performance, accessibility, security, i18n, and maintainability.

What we look for

  • Strong experience with TypeScript/React and a modern backend, ideally Kotlin/Spring or Java/Spring.
  • Solid understanding of relational databases, migrations, and API contracts.
  • Comfort with distributed systems: queues, events, retries, idempotency, rate limiting.
  • Good judgment around personal data and auditable systems.
  • Clear written communication and the ability to own large slices of product independently.

Plus if

  • Experience with Cloudflare Workers/R2, Kubernetes, Temporal, or Playwright.
  • Experience in healthtech, fintech, B2B platforms, or compliance-heavy products.
  • Genuine interest in AI tools that improve operational workflows, not just demos.

What we offer

  • Real problems with direct impact on clinics and patients.
  • Ownership of complete features, from design to production.
  • A modern technical environment with room for good decisions and high standards.
  • Remote-first work, async collaboration, and meetings used deliberately.
