Sales Executive
You will lead commercial conversations with clinics that want to modernize their operations. The role requires consulting skill, pipeline discipline, and the ability to explain a complex product in a simple, credible way that fits each clinic.
What you'll do
- Build and manage pipeline for clinics in Romania and selected European markets.
- Lead discovery calls, demos, and follow-ups through offer and close.
- Qualify real needs across operations, billing, communication, AI, inventory, documents, and compliance.
- Feed market feedback, objections, and repeatable opportunities back into product.
- Keep the CRM clean with next steps, probability, source, and commercial context.
What we look for
- Proven B2B sales experience, ideally in SaaS, healthtech, fintech, or SMB services.
- Ability to run a consultative sales cycle, not just send proposals.
- Excellent communication in Romanian and English.
- Discipline around follow-up, forecasting, and prioritization.
- Comfort with targets, objections, and decision-maker conversations.
Plus if
- Experience with clinics, medical practices, practice-management software, ERP, or CRM systems.
- Existing network in healthcare or professional services.
- Experience selling through product demos.
